Terms and Conditions

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Deposit:

  • A 25% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
  • Deposits can be made via: 
    • All That Face deposit link
    • Apple Cash
    • Zelle

Cancellation Policy:

  • 72-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. Your deposit will be refunded in full.
  • No-Shows: Your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to attend your appointment without providing at least 72 hours' notice.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance.
  •  One-Time Freebie: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a one-time freebie to reschedule or cancel your appointment without forfeiting your deposit. This is at the discretion of the business and may be subject to certain conditions. 

Additional Considerations:

  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled, and your deposit may be forfeited.
  • Contact Information: Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date so that we can reach you if necessary.

Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction with our skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for an even exchange. 

Return Conditions:

  • Product: The product must be lightly used.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return. 
  4. Exchange: We will do our best to accommodate an even exchange.

Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product or provide a full refund.

Additional Notes:

  • Shipping Damage: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
